The Dancer Optical Ilusion
No one sees this the same way. Some see her going clockwise, some counter-clockwise, some see constant switching. I have used this with scientific method and vision/nervous system units. To start off a unit, I have the students use their index fingers to copy the dancer's direction. Then I have them look at their neighbors finger and they realize that not everyone is seeing the same thing.
